To answer Mark and grandpa's question, surf camp is not just surfing. The younger kids surf before lunch and the older kids surf after lunch. The remainding of the time the kids do beach games, crafts, kayaking, hiking and stuff like that. I won't actually be a surfing instructor, we have staff that are surfers and know how to teah surfing. I will most likely be leading a game or activity.

The rain finally stopped. It hasn't rained in two whole day! It was very very very hot today. My day off is Sat. and I think I wil go to Tui O which is an old fishing village on Lantau, and then to the big buddah.

Thanks for the update. I didn't think you were teaching surfing as you must be somewhat of a beginner yourself. How far is Treasure Island from where you're stationed? Is it just around the corner or do you have to hike quite a distance? Has there been any discussion about you going on any potential sales calls to drum up new business? I also looked at a map. Is Hong Kong one specific location or is it actually made up of a few islands? When I looked at a map, it shows Hong Kong including Lantau and a few other islands. I had thought it was strictly a city, but maybe it's also like Western New York back home that's made up of a number of counties. Glad to hear things are going well for you. Your parents should be heading back towards Miami soon. It's kind of funny, the only one of the Robert's family actually in the United States now is Eric and he's 4,000 miles away. Again, looking at a map, he's closer to you than I originally thought. Take care. Happy 4th of July : ) Love, U. Mark
