I have been very busy with work lately so I haven't updated much.
Yesterday I went to an Equestrian event, it was really cool. I was surprised at how small the stadium actually was, I guess I'm just used to our stadiums back home like the Bills and the Sabres venues, but this one was a lot smaller. I'm sure the stadium in Beijing is much bigger as well. I was pretty tired getting up so early becuase the event started at 6:30am, but I was glad it was so early becuase it started to get very hot around 10am.

Hi Meg,
Think about it. You're probably in the 0.005% of the U.S. Population that's actually attended the Olympics in China. That's a pretty exclusive club. When you have a little more time, let us know if any Americans participated in the event and did you actually see many Americans in the stands? Did if feel a little odd being surrounded by so many Chinese or did you feel kind of proud to be there as an American?
